Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Paralegal to lead and support end-to-end contracting for vendors and participating providers, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Commercial operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage high-volume agreements, maintain templates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires collaboration with legal and business teams, experience in contract lifecycle management, and a drive to improve playbooks and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; paralegal studies degree, paralegal certificate, or comparable contracts or legal training a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing, drafting, and negotiating commercial, vendor, and/or provider contracts
• Experience working with contract management systems; IronClad preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and writing skills; excellent interpersonal and team communication
• Healthcare/insurance contracting experience including Medicare/Commercial preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor and participating provider agreements, including amendments and statements of work
• Manage the full contract lifecycle—intake, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal, with accurate records and key-term tracking
• Support risk-bearing and value-based provider arrangements in coordination with attorneys and business leaders
• Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and SOPs to drive efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with network, finance, compliance, and operations to support strategic initiatives and provide contracting guidance
• Work with in-house attorneys, other paralegals, contracts professionals, and outside counsel as needed
