Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Paralegal to lead and support contracting matters across Medicare Advantage and Commercial operations. You will manage end-to-end vendor and participating provider agreements, assist in risk-bearing arrangements, and help develop contract playbooks and workflows.

The role blends legal, analytical, and project-management skills to ensure timely signatures and regulatory compliance while collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; paralegal studies or certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Experience with provider/vendor agreements and contract management systems; IronClad preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and writing skills with attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor and participating provider agreements and amendments.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from intake to renewal—and maintain records and reporting in the CM system.
• Support risk-bearing and value-based provider arrangements in coordination with attorneys and leadership.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for consistency.
• Collaborate with network, finance, compliance, and operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with in-house attorneys, paralegals, contracts professionals, and outside counsel as needed.
