WPS Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Overpayment Recovery Specialist to lead and coordinate the recovery team’s activities. The role supports staff, analyzes workload, and resolves complex cases, while ensuring compliance with privacy and federal regulations.

You will mentor new hires, assist with audits, and help generate daily to monthly operational reports related to recovery activities. Training is provided, with remote work options in approved states.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years Medicare Financial/Overpayment Recovery experience.
• Knowledge of Overpayment Recovery Regulations and related procedures.
• Ability to train, mentor and coach staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist supervisor with workload inventories and timely handling.
• Mentor new employees and deliver process training.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports for Recovery activities.
• Interpret regulations and develop work instructions and manuals.
• Research and respond to complex Overpayment Recovery cases.
• Perform audits/quality reviews of unit work.
• Support internal/external audit processes (OMB-A123, SSAE-16, ISO).
• Ensure process consistency and report system issues/changes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide back-up duties to related recovery roles.
