WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Overpayment Recovery Specialist to aid the Overpayment Recovery Team with direction, workflow, inventory, and coordination of activities. The role supports resolution of complex issues and mentors staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in Medicare Financial/Overpayment Recovery or similar recovery experience.
• Knowledge of Overpayment Recovery Regulations and related procedures.
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply to manuals and guidelines.
• Experience with internal/external audit procedures and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with workload monitoring, analysis, and escalation.
• Mentor new employees and provide process training.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
• Interpret regulations and develop/revise work instructions and manuals.
• Research and respond to complex overpayment recovery cases.
