Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a customer-obsessed Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for the Data & Analytics team. You will lead Strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB, turning complex data platform capabilities into clear customer value and market narratives.

Collaborate with product, eng, sales, and marketing to drive launches and field readiness. You will translate data and AI readiness into seller-ready materials, engage executives, and shape adoption plans across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software product management or outbound PM experience.
Experience owning customer-facing launches, positioning and field enablement.
Strong storytelling, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
Experience engaging external enterprise customers and executives.

Responsibilities

Own outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional.
Define messaging, use cases, personas, and proof points for buyers.
Shape launch strategy, field readiness, growth motions and adoption plans.
Serve as product evangelist in customer briefings, webinars, and events.
Translate data, analytics, integration and AI concepts into seller-ready messaging.
Turn feedback into roadmap and GTM recommendations.
Own outbound deliverables: playbooks, launch campaigns, briefs, guides, trainings.
