Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for Data & Analytics to lead the Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional outbound efforts. You will craft market narratives, messaging, and launch plans that resonate with executives and technical buyers.

You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive field readiness, customer adoption, and revenue growth, translating complex data capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software product management or outbound product management with ownership of launches and field enablement.
• Experience taking software products to external enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML data layers, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional with clear customer value and market narratives.
• Define core messaging, use cases, personas, differentiation, and proof points for executives and practitioners.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams on launches and field readiness.
• Act as a product evangelist in customer briefings, executive conversations, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and sales plays.
• Translate data, analytics, and AI concepts into business outcomes and seller-ready messaging.
• Turn field feedback and competitive intel into actionable roadmap and GTM priorities.
• Lead outbound deliverables: sales plays, launch campaigns, demos, briefs, guides, and training.
• Establish metrics for outbound success including adoption, engagement, and pipeline influence.
