Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead the data platform narrative for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. You will translate complex data capabilities into customer value, shape launch plans, and partner with product, eng, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and growth.

You will craft messaging, use cases, and proof points for technical and executive audiences, while collaborating to deliver compelling field enablement and differentiated market positioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software product management, outbound product management, or go-to-market leadership at Sr. Staff/IC5 level.
• Experience building or positioning software products for external enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or AI data layers.

Responsibilities

• Own the outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional, translating data platform capabilities into customer value and narratives.
• Define core messaging, use cases, personas, differentiation, and proof points for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape launch strategies, field readiness, and adoption plans.
• Serve as a product evangelist in customer briefings, analyst sessions, and events, adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
• Translate data strategy, databases, integration, and AI readiness into clear business value.
• Turn field feedback into actionable roadmap and outbound investment recommendations.
• Create enablement materials: sales playbooks, demos, briefs, guides, and training content.
• Establish and track success metrics for outbound initiatives, including adoption and pipeline influence.
