ServiceNow is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead the data & analytics product team for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. You will translate complex data capabilities into clear customer value, craft market narratives, and enable sales with compelling content and field programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software product management or related go-to-market experience.
• Experience owning customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays.
• Experience building or selling software products to external enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data and analytics and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate data capabilities into differentiated customer value.
• Experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers, and executives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional.
• Define core messaging, use cases, personas, differentiation, and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams on launches and GTM.
• Serve as a product evangelist in customer briefings, executive meetings, webinars, and events.
• Translate enterprise data concepts into buyer-focused business outcomes and seller-ready messaging.
• Turn feedback into roadmap priorities and outbound investment recommendations.
• Deliver high-impact outbound artifacts: playbooks, campaigns, demos, briefs, guides, and trainings.
• Track success metrics for launch readiness, seller adoption, engagement, and pipeline influence.
