You will lead engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM methodologies to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or operational consulting.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of core operations including supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive changes and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide guidance on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Develop client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on operational matters.
