- Strong consultative leadership with success in process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to translate opportunities into business requirements for automation.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities.
- Design and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead improvement initiatives from discovery through adoption.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and value streams.
- Present findings and progress to senior leadership with executive-ready visuals.
- Partner with stakeholders to document current-state and future-state processes.
