Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Process Intelligence and Optimization Senior Consultant to lead assessments and deliver data-driven process improvements across enterprise operations. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and process mining to identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive governance across business units.

You will guide automation initiatives with UiPath, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, and AIMS++, while mentoring CI teams and creating scalable templates and toolkits for

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels, from frontline to exec.
• Ability to lead complex, data-driven initiatives with clear change management dynamics.
• Experience with process improvement concepts (Lean Six Sigma, Agile) and process mining.
• Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of operations, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities using lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles.
• Perform root cause analyses on performance issues, rework, and SLA breaches using event logs and structured process diagnostics.
• Develop and maintain business cases, roadmaps, and governance for initiatives spanning multiple functions.
• Lead deployment, scaling, and governance of process mining across units with ROI focus.
• Provide consulting support on automation platforms including UiPath, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, and AIMS++.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops and data walkthroughs with stakeholders to align on challenges and opportunities.
• Act as a change agent and mentor CI practitioners; create reusable methodologies and toolkits for scalable process intelligence.
