Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to identify, design, and implement opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency. You will partner with senior stakeholders to map current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and drive adoption of improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in process optimization, strong PowerPoint skills, and experience communicating with executives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7+ years in business process consulting or related roles.
Ability to translate process opportunities into requirements and support automation efforts.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and creating executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

Assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency, quality, cost savings, and scalability.
Lead process improvement initiatives from discovery through adoption.
Develop process maps, workflows, value streams, and automation opportunities.
Analyze process performance and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and costs.
Partner with stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
Develop actionable recommendations based on stakeholder input and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive processes and support automation implementations.
Facilitate sessions and meetings to gather requirements and drive decisions.
Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and communicate findings to leadership.
