Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Industrial Engineer to head process improvement initiatives in a fully remote role. You will guide a team of engineers, set objectives for operational excellence, and drive transformative projects across the organization.

Your Lean Six Sigma expertise and leadership will push efficiency, productivity, and cost savings to new levels. You will champion best practices, analyze data for KPIs, and align operational strategies with business goals while

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering; PhD a plus.
10+ years in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in leadership.
Extensive Lean Six Sigma experience, Black Belt certification.
Proven record of leading complex process improvement projects.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking; remote leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers.
