Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior management and driving process improvements.
• Background in homecare, healthcare services or private equity ownership preferred.
• Ability to lead in a multi-site, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI and financial performance to support regional goals.
• Collaborate with central operations to ensure efficiency and resource allocation.
• Drive service delivery improvements and productivity in the field.
• Coordinate with finance for forecasts and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Direct ownership of market-level operations to meet company objectives.
• Support workforce planning and staffing for caregivers and clients.
• Oversee vendor relationships and centralized vendor operations.
• Collaborate with other Directors of Market Operations for consistency.
• Support field operations to achieve growth targets and capex planning.
• Provide insight on projects, budgets, and operational metrics.
