Job summary

Bellecares in South Georgia is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive growth, build a strong field team of Belle Technicians, and deliver life-changing in-home care across your market.

You will lead recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews, and compliance, while shadowing field work and coordinating with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience. This role is mainly remote with on-site presence in the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing a field-based or remote team.
• Familiarity with scheduling, attendance, or workforce tools.
• Resides in South Georgia and able to travel locally (15–25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead technician hiring and onboarding in partnership with centralized recruiting and training teams.
• Conduct field shadowing and provide real-time coaching.
• Facilitate technician check-ins and performance reviews.
• Support technicians in meeting certification and compliance requirements.
• Foster a connected and motivated team culture with ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Provide proactive coaching on hospitality, documentation, attendance, and professionalism.
• Monitor KPI’s such as attendance, appointment fulfillment, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience on escalations.
