Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a seasoned Regional Growth Director to lead HouseCalls and Hospice growth teams across Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The role is fully remote with travel up to 50% for regional work and office proximity when available.

You will recruit, train, and manage growth professionals, build referral networks with health systems and Medicare/Medicaid partners, and drive revenue growth through data-driven leadership and CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, home health, or related post-acute care.
• Proven track record recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare executives and facilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and managed care reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth teams, recruit and onboard community liaisons.
• Develop training programs for growth staff and establish performance reviews.
• Build strategic relationships with regional health systems and enterprise clients.
• Oversee growth reporting with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Marketing and Finance to align service delivery and pricing.
