Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Operations Associate on the Infrastructure team to own day-to-day operational engagement with strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs, and banks building on Coinbase's platform.

You'll coordinate billing, reporting, technical support, and partner management with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to deliver value and drive growth, while building scalable workflows and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer operations, partner operations, technical account management, or customer success at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.
• Experience supporting strategic enterprise customers across billing, reporting, technical escalations, and ongoing account management.
• Knowledge of payments infrastructure including stablecoins, cross-border payments, payment rails, and digital wallets.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven reporting.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners, providing accountability and timely follow-through.
• Manage billing inquiries and discrepancies with Finance to reflect agreed terms.
• Coordinate technical support and escalations with Engineering and Solutions Architecture.
• Deliver monthly partner reporting on volume, usage, fees, and performance.
• Support onboarding, post-launch adoption, reviews, and ongoing account planning.
• Build repeatable workflows and automation for partner needs as the base scales.
