Qualifikationen

• B.A., B.S. or Healthcare-related Diploma/Degree is preferred.
• Related experience in Oncology is preferred.
• Proven leadership with resilience, growth mindset and result-driven.
• At least five(5) years in commercial roles including experience as a rep, people management experience is preferred.
• Language capabilities in Mandarin Chinese, written traditional and spoken; Taiwanese language capabilities preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide district sales leadership, direction and resources to achieve revenue targets.
• Liaise with Marketing, Key Account Managers, and Customer Excellence to execute plans and programs across functions.
• Develop district sales plans and communicate objectives to the team for effective execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust plans and tactics as needed.
• Hire and develop district sales staff and coach team members on performance and growth.
