Job summary

Enumerate is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a high-performing team responsible for software adoption, payments utilization, and customer enablement. You will own the end-to-end onboarding program, set playbooks, and coach managers to achieve on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

This remote role requires you to operate in the United States with EST hours and occasional travel; you will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts and report on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS onboarding or similar, with team leadership.
• Proven track record in driving software adoption and payments/digital-workflow utilization.
• Experience designing or rebuilding onboarding programs with playbooks and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of onboarding managers.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience and on-time delivery.
