Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a Senior Account Executive for a remote role aligned to Eastern Time Zone hours. You will manage a portfolio of financial institution and payment-processing clients, helping onboard issuers and coordinate certifications for card programs.

The role requires strong client services, technical interpretation, and collaboration with internal teams. Duration is 15 months with potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE; pay is $25-$32 per hour (W2 only).

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services, onboarding, implementation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, card networks, or related industry.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple external clients, projects, or implementations.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications, program documentation, contracts, or operational requirements.
• Understanding of payment-processing systems, card programs, issuer operations, and gateways.
• Familiarity with APIs, structured data, flat files, or batch processing.
• Strong written communication and ability to handle high-volume client emails.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of financial institution and payment-processing clients.
• Support onboarding of issuers, issuer processors, and clients connecting to a PIN debit gateway.
• Coordinate onboarding and certification of new card programs launched by existing issuer clients.
• Provide guidance on technical specs, network rules, and operational requirements.
• Manage client testing and certification activities for new programs and integrations.
• Coordinate biannual release certification activities in April and October.
