Job summary
Enumerate is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a high‑performing team and own the end‑to‑end onboarding program for our vertical SaaS ERP platform. You will drive software adoption, payments utilization, and customer enablement while coaching managers to peak performance.
You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, design playbooks, and apply AI/automation to accelerate value. This is a remote US role with EST hours and about 10% travel.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years in SaaS onboarding/implementation or similar roles.
- At least 3 years leading a team of individual contributors.
- Experience driving software adoption and payments/digital-workflow utilization.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of onboarding managers and set expectations.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
- Own the strategy that drives customer enablement and payments adoption.
- Act as escalation point for complex onboarding challenges and collaborate with other teams.
- Guide data migration, setup, and activation with data integrity and security.
- Redesign onboarding with AI/tech-enabled workflows to cut time-to-value and boost satisfaction.
- Own the enablement program end-to-end with playbooks, milestones, and coaching cadences.
