Job summary

Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise to own the onboarding experience for its largest and most complex firms—$1B+ RIAs, aggregators, and API-first clients. You’ll manage multi-stakeholder transitions with distributed decision-making and back-office complexity.

You’ll design playbooks, milestones, and standards, run the most complex engagements, and scale the onboarding model across the organization. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week in the Dallas/Culver City office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or solutions consulting within financial services; time at a custodian or large RIA preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise or institutional onboarding engagements.
• Ability to structure solutions, follow-up, and provide real options with executive credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for the most complex Enterprise engagements, serving as the primary contact from Sales handoff to operations readiness and long-term support.
• Translate firm structure, tech stack, and objectives into a credible transition plan with defined milestones.
• Design engagements around actual firm organization and sessions for key audiences, on-site when impactful.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, milestones, and knowledge transfers to scale the standard across the team.
• Be the go-to expert when a firm's complexity exceeds the playbook and ensure consistent delivery.
• Scale the onboarding model and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and capacity.
