Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a senior, customer-obsessed operator to lead our largest advisor transitions and elevate the Advisor Onboarding team. You will own a best-in-class onboarding and implementation journey, maintaining fast speed to revenue and exposure to multiple departments.

You will report to the Advisor Onboarding Manager and collaborate across Advisory, Operations, Growth, Product, and Marketing to raise the bar and scale our processes for high-AUM transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project management or onboarding in technology, fintech, or wealth management.
• A track record of leading multi-stakeholder transitions, including enterprise or multi-advisor groups.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Training and presentation skills enabling advisors to become power users.
• Collaborative, low ego, self-starter with ownership mindset; able to roll up sleeves and work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding and transition lifecycle for advisor groups, as senior point of contact for principals and operations leads.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, IT, Client Service, and Product to keep transitions on track and remove blockers.
• Deliver initial training and resources to help advisors leverage Savvy’s software, tools, and products.
• Drive speed to revenue by onboarding advisors quickly and serving as day-to-day contact during transition.
• Balance multiple onboarding and activation processes while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders.
• Monitor transition progress and risks; coordinate with Client Servicing to ensure smooth client account transitions.
