Job summary
Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and automation across Linux/Windows, VMware, and cloud platforms. You will own observability tooling (Grafana, Instana, Prometheus), build dashboards, alerts, and RCA processes, and drive SLO/SLA health of critical services.
You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Application teams, automate tasks with Python/PowerShell, and guide FOAK/ELT
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Grafana, IBM Instana, SolarWinds and related observability tools.
- Experience with Telegraf, Prometheus, InfluxDB and OpenTelemetry for telemetry pipelines.
- Ability to design dashboards, alerts, and RCA workflows; experience with SLO/SLA monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana; monitor via Instana, SolarWinds, Prometheus.
- Automate tasks with scripting and integrate monitoring with CI/CD and ITSM processes.
- Support FOAK/ELT telemetry initiatives and incident response in a 24x7 environment.
- Lead RCA, incident management, and configuration of telemetry pipelines.
