You will join the Operational Support team, collaborate with partners and vendors, and contribute to reliable voice solutions while working remotely with daily team interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Background in Cisco voice technologies is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform moves, adds, and changes for new hires and returning employees.
• Monitor the voice environment and troubleshoot incidents as they occur.
• Deliver quality voice products and solutions in a timely manner.
• Work remotely and collaborate with the team daily.
