Job summary

Levelociti is seeking a Senior Network Solutions Engineer to support customers across the Northeast from a remote/hybrid setting. You'll lead technical discovery, design Cisco enterprise networking solutions, and work across the full customer lifecycle from proposals through implementation.

This hands-on role blends pre-sales and post-sales activities, requiring strong communication with customers, sales, and engineering, plus travel regionally as needed to meet on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise Cisco networking solutions.
• Hands-on routing, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN, and SD-WAN.
• Experience in pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation.
• Excellent customer communication, discovery, and documentation skills.
• CCNA required; CCNP or CCIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls, customer meetings, and solution workshops
• Design enterprise networking solutions across routing, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN, and SD-WAN
• Develop architectures, bills of materials, proposals, and scopes of work
• Support RFP/RFI responses and present solutions to stakeholders
• Implement, configure, migrate, and troubleshoot Cisco networking environments
• Support network refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and customer teams
• Provide technical guidance and maintain relationships from discovery to implementation
