GlobalXperts is seeking a Senior Solution/Voice Engineer to oversee the deployment and integration of Cisco UC-Voice Infrastructure. The role offers full-time employment based in Raleigh, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on Cisco technologies.

This position requires strong technical know-how and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project implementations and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related IP telephony implementation experience.
• Expert-Level debugging and troubleshooting on Cisco UC infrastructure.
• Certification: Active CCIE Voice (Lab) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deployment, Integration & Testing of Cisco UC-Voice Infrastructure.
• Delivery/Service Assurance systems, VOIP and UC peripherals.
• Work closely with Project managers throughout the implementation process.
