Job summary

Applied Digital seeks an ERP Business Analyst to lead NetSuite configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to optimise functionality, automation, and compliance across the ERP landscape.

You will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure ERP outcomes while advancing governance and efficiency. This remote role supports a fast-scaling organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
5+ years of Oracle NetSuite implementation/support experience.
Expertise with NetSuite core modules: GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.
Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to translate requirements into NetSuite configurations.
Design, implement, and optimize NetSuite modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Document system architecture, processes, and user training materials.
Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms and APIs.
Monitor system performance, user activity, and KPIs to identify improvements.
Provide onboarding and ongoing ERP user training across departments.
Lead NetSuite upgrade cycles and ensure backward compatibility of customizations.
Promote adoption of new NetSuite features and drive automation initiatives.
