Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Business Systems to own NetSuite ecosystem, oversee integrations, optimize processes, and ensure platform stability and security.

You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Ops, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions that drive enterprise growth. The role requires strong technical depth in SuiteScript, APIs, and ERP concepts, plus leadership to guide projects, mentor colleagues, and influence enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of ERP systems engineering and admin experience.
• Strong NetSuite administration and technical development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite platform, governance, and stability.
• Design, configure, and support NetSuite customizations.
• Support existing/future enterprise integrations and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and UAT efforts.
