Job summary

MGT Impact Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Managed Services Presales Engineer in Atlanta, GA. This role leads pre-sales activities, demonstrates solutions, and collaborates with sales to align client needs with architectures and MSP offerings.

Responsibilities include on-site engagements, architect-level guidance, and post-sale technical support to ensure smooth project startups and ongoing client satisfaction. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience in an applicable technology field.
• Two (2) or more years of pre-sales engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful customer presentations and equipment demonstrations on-site or virtually.
• Attend on-site customer meetings and provide technical expertise; travel as needed.
• Provide Architect Level oversight on large, complex projects across design, implementation, and integration phases.
• Deliver architect-level technical support during project startup and after implementation.
• Identify, position, and promote opportunities for MSP solutions including Monitoring, Element Management, SIEM/SOC, and Managed VoIP/Cloud VoIP.
