You will underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, submit through automated underwriting, and support branch partners with complex files. Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Active FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) and VA SAR/LAPP underwriting approval.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA loans per guidelines.
• Submit files through underwriting systems and evaluate results.
• Approve or pend loans and present to loan committee.
