ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Senior Merchant Success Manager to elevate the experience of our enterprise and strategic merchants.

This remote role collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive growth, optimize performance, and deliver strategic reviews at the executive level. The right candidate builds trusted partnerships, coaches teams for complex middle-market accounts, and communicates insights to shape proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in sales and merchant services in a related industry.
• Experience conducting business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Ability to build executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Work with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience.
• Increase KPIs and deliver world-class customer experience for customers.
• Coach team members to support middle-market, complex merchants.
• Analyze supply chain performance and advise proactive countermeasures.
• Conduct business reviews and track merchant growth within ShipBob.
• Maintain transparent and strategic relationships at all levels within merchants.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
