ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchant Success Manager (Sr. MSM) to deliver world-class service to enterprise and strategic merchants.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze supply chains, and lead executive-level discussions to drive growth and retention. You will manage strategic business reviews, translate insights into actionable account plans, and build trusted partnerships across senior leadership within merchant organizations.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of experience in sales and merchant services in a related industry.
• Business Review experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Ability to build consultative and executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team leads to continuously improve the merchant experience.
• Increase the average performance and KPIs of customers to deliver world-class experiences.
• Coach team members to improve performance for middle-market, complex merchants.
• Analyze merchants’ supply chain performance and identify opportunities or risks with proactive countermeasures.
• Conduct business reviews and track merchant growth within ShipBob; identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain transparent, strategic relationships at all levels within your merchants.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
