Job summary

Acorn seeks a Senior Media Analyst to solve problems through data analytics and deliver insights for influencer marketing campaigns. You will support enterprise and campaign reporting, work with cross-functional teams, and help expand analytics offerings.

A self-starter mindset and strong communication are essential as you move ideas forward. You’ll collaborate on client projects, learn new platforms quickly, and maintain data integrity while providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Familiarity with databases and report design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems with minimal guidance.
• Experience with social marketing data sets (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus.
• Experience with Python and SQL is a plus.
• Sense of urgency and excellent customer service.
• Works well in both team and independent settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and answer ad hoc business questions using internal and marketing platform data.
• Be primary/secondary point of contact for measurement needs; manage communications for analytics projects.
• Assist with planning, design, development, and enhancement of client reporting.
• Assist in test-and-learn projects for social media marketing.
• Join Client Success on client calls during campaigns as needed.
• Monitor data integrity and report issues to stakeholders.
• Take on other tasks and projects as assigned.
