Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This full-time role offers creative freedom and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Marketing within A/E/C, strong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. You will develop content, prepare RFQ/RFP responses, and support branding across multiple offices.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of Marketing experience in A/E/C.
Bachelor's degree or related degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and submission of strategic SOQs and proposals in response to RFQ and RFP solicitations, ensuring compliance with all submission requirements and deadlines.
Lead Capture Planning process for new clients and target pursuits.
Develop marketing content including resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate language.
Create and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting visuals for client interviews; prepare boards and leave-behinds.
Collaborate with Graphic Designer on brochures, conference materials, and layouts.
Develop, write, and edit marketing content for proposals, brochures, case studies, and internal communications.
Gather project details from staff and translate into clear marketing language.
Manage multiple deadlines and communicate timelines, deliverables, and status.
