Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team. This full-time role supports the Rocky Mountain Region and allows for remote work across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in marketing within the A/E/C industry, a Marketing-related Bachelor’s degree, and strong proposal writing and editing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of strategic SOQs and proposals in response to RFQ/RFPs.
• Lead Capture Planning for new clients and target pursuits.
• Develop and maintain marketing content, including resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate language.
• Create and format PowerPoint presentations and visuals for client interviews; organize staff during Shortlist Phase.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer on brochures and conference materials.
• Complete complex assignments independently and propose solutions using strong analytical skills.
• Develop, write, and edit marketing content for proposals, brochures, case studies, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with technical staff and project leads to translate project details into persuasive marketing language.
• Manage multiple deadlines and communicate timelines and status updates.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure brand standards.
