Job summary

Ardurra seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team in a full-time role supporting the Rocky Mountain Region with remote work options. The candidate should be creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong writing and editing skills and experience in A/E/C marketing.

Required: 5+ years in Marketing within A/E/C, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or related degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and submission of strategic SOQs and proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Lead Capture Planning for new clients and target pursuits.
• Develop core marketing content including resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate language.
• Create and format PowerPoint presentations and visuals for client interviews; prepare boards and leave-behinds.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer on brochures and conference materials.
• Tackle complex assignments and propose solutions using strong analysis.
• Develop and edit marketing content for proposals, brochures, case studies, and internal comms.
• Gather project details from staff and translate into persuasive marketing language.
• Manage multiple deadlines by planning timelines and status updates.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure brand compliance.
• Maintain marketing content libraries and firm qualifications.
