Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to own end-to-end marketing performance measurement, reporting, and analysis using Domo, Salesforce, and HubSpot to deliver accurate, timely insights.

You will design and maintain core dashboards, govern KPI logic, support forecasting and ROI analysis, and partner across marketing, operations, Salesforce, and finance to translate data into actionable guidance for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytics role.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure in Domo; integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports for stakeholders; ensure data quality and refresh schedules.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing leaders and executives; monitor funnel and ROI metrics.
