FranklinCovey seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to own end-to-end marketing performance measurement using Domo, Salesforce, and HubSpot. You’ll design dashboards and KPI logic, govern data, and partner with marketing, operations, Salesforce, and finance for forecasting, budget, and ROI analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing analytics, strong SQL, and BI tool experience; remote-friendly with preference for candidates in the Greater Salt Lake City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related analytics role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement and reporting using Domo, Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Design core dashboards, data models, KPI logic, and governance.
• Partner with marketing, operations, Salesforce, and finance on forecasting, budget, and ROI analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Proactively flag trends and risks to the marketing team.
