Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Director of Data Intelligence & Analytics to architect and drive the company’s data strategy. You will own the data infrastructure lifecycle, migrate legacy systems, and build a modern enterprise data warehouse that delivers actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product.

Lead a new data team and partner with IT and Finance to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable reporting, while shaping an AI roadmap and influencing executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience writing Python code in a production environment.
• Experience with a cloud computing ecosystem (preferably AWS and Snowflake).
• Knowledge of machine learning models and statistical analysis.
• Experience using common ML frameworks (e.g. jupyter, scikit-learn, XGBoost, ARIMA).

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Data & Analytics team across engineers, analysts, and BI developers.
• Standardize KPIs and metrics with a company-wide framework.
• Create and oversee a scalable data warehouse and manage vendors for migration.
• Ensure business continuity during platform migrations and document data lineage.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to surface predictive insights and shape an AI roadmap.
