Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Director of Data Intelligence & Analytics to architect the company’s data strategy and lead a new analytics team. You will own data infrastructure from legacy migrations to modern warehousing, translating data into actionable intelligence for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with executive influence, requiring governance, KPI standards, and a scalable data operating model across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI.
• 5+ years of Python in production environments.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake cloud ecosystems.
• Knowledge of ML models and statistical analysis.
• Experience using ML frameworks such as Jupyter, scikit-learn, XGBoost, ARIMA.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a Data & Analytics team with engineers, analysts, and BI developers.
• Standardize KPIs and metrics across the company.
• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable data warehouse.
• Oversee data migration, governance, and data lineage.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics and prototyping to drive business insights.
• Enable scalable reporting and decision-making for leadership.
