Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide virtualization, VDI, and engineering compute platforms. This remote role requires coordinating with global teams while residing in Puerto Rico.

The role emphasizes governance, reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction with strong leadership and strategic thinking. You will drive roadmaps and standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in relevant fields, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Proven ability to partner with customers and senior leadership to oversee deliverables and drive milestones.
• Experience leading reliable operational platforms in global production environments.
• Experience with VDI and virtualization across compute, network, storage, app, and automation layers.
• Strategic planning, roadmapping, and sustainable solutions in 24/7 environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across Enterprise Digital Technology to align virtualization strategies.
• Lead development of roadmaps, standards, and best practices for virtualization platforms.
• Drive platform resilience and customer satisfaction across global operations.
• Influence architecture and technology decisions with stakeholders.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop team capabilities via cross-training and knowledge sharing.
• Support business growth and new programs with scalable processes.
• Follow written work instructions (English only).
