Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Sr. Manager to lead enterprise-wide operational support for virtual computing environments, including VDI and virtualization infrastructure.

You will oversee a team delivering reliable, secure, scalable platforms and partner with technology and business teams to set standards and roadmaps. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving innovation,

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent and 10+ years in relevant roles, or advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
Proven ability to lead and deliver reliable operational platforms in global production environments.
Experience supporting virtual desktop infrastructure in large enterprises.
Experience with virtualization architectures across compute, network, storage, and automation layers.
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows integration in large environments.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and high-availability models.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships across Enterprise Digital Technology to align virtualization strategies.
Lead development of roadmaps, standards, and best practices for virtualization platforms.
Drive continuous improvement, platform resilience, and customer satisfaction globally.
Influence architecture decisions and articulate value to stakeholders.
Ensure high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness of virtual platforms.
Develop team capabilities through cross-training and documentation.
Support business growth and new program onboarding with scalable processes.
