Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services & Projects to lead a team responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and operating RTX cloud environments. You will drive cloud capabilities, efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise teams.

Leading a distributed team, you will oversee cloud projects, migrations, security, and cost reporting, while communicating with stakeholders and shaping Shared Services roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field with 10 years of experience; OR 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or systems operations environments.
• Experience using ticketing, change management, or service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation capabilities and ability to analyze complex issues and communicate status clearly.
• Experience collaborating across remote teams, vendors, and business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cloud System Administrators, fostering continuous learning, accountability, and engagement.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cloud system projects, migrations, deployments, vulnerability management, and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities to align with business goals and minimize disruptions.
• Serve as primary owner for compliance programs (Clara, ATO, GTA) and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain project documentation, workflows, and cost reporting; support road mapping and strategic planning.
