Job summary
RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented Collaboration Platform Engineer to support and enhance our social collaboration tools for internal stakeholders. This remote role requires strong governance and a proactive approach to platform improvements.
Based in Puerto Rico, you will diagnose complex platform issues, develop dashboards in Power BI, and coordinate with vendors to align requirements with business needs while following standard work procedures.
Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with administering a platform or application such as SharePoint.
- Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues.
- Guide end users and stakeholders on collaboration tools and provisioning sites.
- Manage requests and issues through ServiceNow with timely support.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into usage and performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to align requirements with business needs.
