RTX Corporation seeks a highly organized Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services & Projects to lead a team responsible for cloud environments, compliance, and operational excellence. You will direct Cloud System Administrators and drive strategic cloud initiatives across enterprise teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and strong collaboration with remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align cloud roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor's in STEM with 10 years, or 14 years without degree.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or operations.
• Experience using ticketing/change-management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation skills for system records and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cloud System Administrators and Cloud Systems Lead.
• Set priorities and ensure on-time delivery of operational and project work.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing distributed team culture.
• Oversee cloud system projects, migrations, deployments, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align with business goals and minimize disruption.
• Maintain compliance-driven programs like Clara, ATO, GTA with timely submissions.
