Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services – Infrastructure seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead SAFe Scrum teams within the Cloud Hosting Portfolio. You will coach agile practices, drive planning and execution, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver valuable increments.

The role requires 7–10+ years in Scrum/Agile, strong Jira/Confluence experience, and willingness to travel ~10%. Remote work from Puerto Rico with occasional on-site at Santa Isabel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Expertise leading multi-functional Scrum and/or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and educate Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum practices.
• Drive projects with cross-functional teams delivering business value.
• Assess and grow team maturity while removing impediments.
• Coordinate communication across stakeholders and dependencies.
• Support Product Owner and Team Leads on backlog refinement.
• Travel ~10% of the time.
