Job summary

Premium Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Clinical Applications & Digital Patient Experience to lead oversight, optimization, and strategic direction for clinical apps and patient-facing platforms.

You will balance hands-on configuration with team leadership, guiding cross-functional efforts across IT, clinical operations, and vendor partnerships. The role focuses on improving clinical workflows, patient access, and adoption of digital tools, aligning IT strategy with business goals while

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT systems.
• Experience with EHRs and clinical applications across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of revenue cycle interactions with clinical documentation and billing.
• Familiarity with digital patient engagement tools and access workflows.
• Strong change management, user adoption, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of clinical workflows across systems.
• Standardize templates, documentation, and configurations.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and issue resolution with hands-on involvement.
• Drive cross-system data flow and interoperability between patient-facing tools and EHRs.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve revenue cycle workflows and clinical outcomes.
