Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Stock Plan Participant Services to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Stock Plan Participant Services team, ensuring participants receive timely, accurate support across all equity compensation plan types. You will supervise Equity Compensation Consultants and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan services, wealth management, or financial services.
• Active FINRA registrations (Series 7, 24 or 9/10, and 65/66) and CEP designation within corporate timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equity Compensation Consultants to achieve goals with exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations with accurate, timely equity compensation support across plan types.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to support development and accountability.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and service coverage to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Escalate complex inquiries and supervise trading support and stock plan transactions.
• Ensure accurate information on equity plans, trading procedures, and financial resources.
• Monitor KPIs on service levels, quality, productivity, and participant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process improvements and tech enhancements.
