Zusammenfassung

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Stock Plan Participant Services to lead and develop a team delivering high-quality equity compensation support. You will supervise consultants, ensure accurate trading support, and drive regulatory compliance across plan types.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve service standards, optimize operations, and enhance the participant experience through coaching and process improvements. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan services, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, stock plan administration, participant servicing, and brokerage operations.
• Experience overseeing operational workflows and service delivery within a regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
• In-depth understanding of complex equity transactions, including Rule 10b5-1 trading plans and Rule 144 transactions.
• Active FINRA Series 7, Series 24 (or Series 9/10 in lieu of 24), and Series 65 or 66 at hire.
• CEP designation required within corporate approved timelines.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equity Compensation Consultants to achieve business goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the Stock Plan Participant Services team across all equity plan types.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and service coverage for efficiency.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex inquiries and trading issues.
• Supervise trading support and stock plan transactions in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure participants receive accurate information on plans, procedures, and resources.
• Monitor KPIs like service levels, quality, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
